I have a sharp pain in my right heel since 3 days...especially in the morning, after waking up.

I have used chinese herbal oil to rub, and hopefully the sharp pain is gone. But, it never, my right heel still pain, and even worst, I cannot walk properly. After rest for 1 hour, I try to walk and igrnored the pain. If not like this, I cannot go out to work.

What happens to my right heel? Anybody have experienced the sharp pain in heel and please let me know how to cure it.

Thank you.

  1. You could have a heel spur which comes from arthritis.  I just had both my feet operated on for this, they released the tendons around the spurs.  I can now walk without pain.  It could also be plantar faciitis

They can give you cortizone shots in the heel.  They are very painful but sometimes they do help.  I had them for so many years that they stopped working and that is why I had the surgery.  See a foot specialist, a Podiatrist.

  2. I think you might have cartilage issues, since that's very common with a lot of people. I'd recommend you trying out agel's FLX, which I am still using for my knees. It's surprisingly effective!

You can check out the direct link I've supplied before, or you can contact me to know more. I'm all ears. : )

  3. My mom had the same problem like, last week. It lasted for about 5 days. She didn't go to the doctor or anything, but she assumed it was her shoes, because she had been using the same tennis shoes for like 3 years. So she got new ones and the pain went away. So maybe it's your shoes?
