Whenever I run, my left hip feels sore. It's not painful. It almost feels like my right leg has lots of strength while my left has none. I don't limp because of it.I run on dirt trails 5 days a week and the track 2 days a week. I'm very careful about not overtraining, so I don't think it has anything to do with overtraining.Also: Are there any stretches I might be able to do to make the awkwardness go away?
