Why is my home page set to my.yahoo.com and comes up with http://cm.my.yahoo.com/redir_now/**... & so on?

This started about a month ago. and I have noticed a slow down in internet service

I don't know. You should probably change your homepage to google.com or dogpile.com. You should change your internet explorer for free to Mozilla firefox and Apple Safari, which now works on PC as well as Mac. Go to google  and search them.

i couldn't really tell you why that says that, but if it takes you to yahoo, why ask...but if your speed has slowed try deleting your cookies buy going to tools on your top right hand corner of your toolbar and go to internet options, then to browseing history and hit delete. then go to my computer and right click on the c drive and go to properties then tools and then go to defragment computer. that compresses your files to get your computer running faster....
