Why is my internet so slow? I have very good Internet.?

My internet is slow I have removed all the virus on the computer with norton 360 but its still slow.. sorry if its a dumb question but how do you fix it

norton 360 checks every packet that you receive from the internet to scan them. this can dramatically degrade your internet speed. and also make sure that there are no major downloads happening from your network

Call ur service provider and request them to come out to check your signal and make sure someone has not tapped your line.

well there is always the possiblity of there being more viruses, but it could be that you have a lot of programs running that are using up the bandwidth

well if there are other people in the house and using the internet as well that prolly why...otherwise its your computer.....
