  1. is it plugged into the ipod and computer good and did you try all the ports on your computer. if you have microsoft go to my computer and click whatever port have it in and if it dosen't show up your thing is broken.


  2. Did you try a different usp port?

  3. Its probably worn out.Maybe its time to get a new one.
