Question:

Why is my leg cramping when I do squats?

I'm just starting a new strength training program. I've been doing really well working major muscle groups. When I do squats, I can't do more than 2 sets because my left groin and hamstring cramp up. Any ideas? I warm up on an elliptical for 5 minutes and stretch a lot before hand.

  2. How salty does your sweat taste?  If you lose salt really fast, your body will be more prone to cramps.
