Why is my male guinea pig scared of my female guinea pig?

the cage is big and the male is neutered and the female is spayed.

he might me scared of her because she could be attacking him. My guinea pig female would always attack my male and we had to seporate them

are they fat and cuddly? if so you must kiss and snuggle with them for an hour. that will fix the problem

did they just get put together? sometimes females are a litle bit snappy, but she'll get over it. Good food settles most problems - put some hay in a pile and soon they will be best friends, munching and dozing side by side :)

get the pigs fixed and put them in a larger habitat.
