  1. The other thing you can try is to mop it up with paper kitchen towel and bury this beneath the litter so that the smell of his urine is powerful there.

Use a water spray on him if he pees on the settee again, and leave some orange peel on that area.  They really don't like the smell of citrus.

  2. Time to have the snip!

  3. It could be a territorial thing now that he is getting older , get him done either way , but as a quick solution try leaving the litter tray on the settee for a few days to remind him whats it for

  4. If your kitten is getting older then he is probably just marking his territory or he has got a infection i had 4 boy kittens and none of them did that so i would get him to the vets. Even if u find out that he was just marking his territory then it is better safe then sorry. And you can just ask your vet for tips.

    Good Luck

  5. He's probably got a health issue; I would get him to the vet asap since these can kill male cats quickly.

If not, it's a training issue.  Keep an eye on him and when he starts to go, pick him up and put him in the litter tray.

Also completely clean it, put new litter in it too.  Might be he doesn't like the smell, as cats are extremely clean animals.
