Why is my new homepage bigger than my viewing screen and how do i get it to fit without having to scroll?

Check to see if there is a magnifying glass image right above your clock (lower right corner of screen)

If it is set at above 100% change it by clicking on it.

It could be something in the new format that is causing your page to be bit wider than your screen. Check out this link.
