Why is my niece like this?

my niece move here from ill ions to california she is my brothers daughter. anyways my brother is dead now. but anyways she is there i call her to invite or to help her out she never returns my calls. when she came out before to visit she was so nice. i want to know if it is all right to stop over her place without calling first thanks

I think that it would be a wonderful idea to get to know the daughter of your deceased brother. I am sure that that she would welcome the chance to get to know her aunt. So I would say, yes, go visit.
