Why is my nokia 5310 xpress music phone is freezing when i try to customize profiles?

when i select a profile ex: Normal. and i have a option to customize that profile. when i click customize, the phone freezes and doesn't respond unless i hit the end button. wtf?

Yes that happened to mine as well and for people who want to buy it its for you ,The phone is faulty
