Why is my own voice louder in my head?

This used to happen to me just once in a while, but now it happens most of the time when I talk and breath. When I speak some (most now) of my words are really loud in my head, kind of like an echoe, but there is no delay. I don't even know how to explain it, but it is really annoying, even when I breath I can hear my breaths amplified in my head/ears. If anyone has heard of this please help me. No, answers that I am crazy please, I do not hear other voices, just my own is louder.

  1. you might have a problem with your eardrums or sinuses... have you ever had water in your ears or a problem with your sinus cavities? both can cause your hearing to become duller and your own voice to become louder in your head... have you had any hearing loss or muffling? if so, that might be the cause.
