My period is 10 days late took a test this morning BFN. My period is very regular it was late in may though I think because I was sick. Then in June it came right on time, but, for a year before may it was always regular, right down to the hour.
So, a little history. My last period was June 17, 2008. I have a 36 day cycle, So my next period should have come on July 23, 2008. I ovulated on July 9, 2008.
I started working out on July 14 (after I had ovulated and a week before missed period) at curves. It's not a hard workout and I haven't lost any weight. I go three times a week so by the time of missed period I had only had 4 workouts.
Working out wasn't a huge change for me, but could it offset my cycle even if I started after I ovulated?
Has anyone else got a negative at 10 days late?
I will make a Dr. appointment if it doesn't come in a couple days, but I just need your opinions because I'm getting a little nervous.
