Why is my period late this month?

Im young no real chance of being pregnant.I'm a virgin.I have all the symptoms of PMS;I know I shouldn't be exactly worried because it's only a day so far but my cycle should be regular now because I've had it for 4 years now.I was very stressed midmonth because my boyfriend left for a week and I have seperation anxiety...SO why is it late?

Lots of things can cause you to be late, yes, Stress is one of them.  Our bodies somtimes just get off of a cycle.  When i was younger (in my teens) my periods would fluxuate soooo much and I hated it.  The older you get that will prob change.
