Why is my period so light?

My period was delayed and yesterday (i think) I got it...but its very very light. I wouldn't even have to change a pad all day! When I wipe I can see blood, but not much... Also, the blood that shows up is pink, and I've been having wierd brown discharge....whats wrong?

If you are sexually active and not using a reliable form of birth control (more than just condoms) you could be pregnant and this could be spotting.

If not, it's probably normal irregularity.

it means that you have your period , when you get your period it starts light and soon like a few mins are so it will start to get heavier , so dont worry it's part of being a woman thats all , it means that your blood of your period is shedding it's getting ridding rid of your old blood that you dont use anymore and now it gets a new blood of your body that 's how it works so dont worry about 2 much it's ok , i know its scary somretimes to get your 1st period period it happen to me i was 9 yrs it was my 1st period . just continue of being you and enjoy of being a wonderful bright young woman that u are ok .

it is some blood from ur last period that was still in there and now coming out it is normal

It's just irregular, which is normal.

your body sometime do usual things,we can't explain it but it does. Count it a blessing your not flowing like a river. It okay to have period like that. Good luck.
