Cell phone or Landline?  If it's your cellphone ... it could be anything.  If it's your landline you're probably paying for services that you don't even use/need.  Either way, check your statement/bill.

if you do not have long distanc serivce the per minute charge is higher, call your local company and ask how many miles you can call free, anything beyond that will cosr per minute, be that is only for call you make not for call you recieve
