  1. There's nothing to beworriedd about!

Rats do that all of the time they do that to show exciment or she is scared.

    She's fine!

  2. It could be because he just hears something or ear mites. Check his ears for any sign of mites or infection. If you see ANYTHING take him to the vet ASAP before the infection or the mites spread or increase!

  3. Actually, ''ear wiggling'' is something female rats do when they're in heat (which is just about all the time!)

Nothing is wrong. She's basically ''flirting''.

  4. it is perfectly normal. when a female rat is in heat she vibrates her ears. a good way to find out if she is in heat is to stroke or tickle(which you did) her body and her ears should flutter. it is equivalent to a human winking at you. just keep her away from any males. even for a second. they come into heat every 4-5 days although in the presents of a male, he could stimulate her to go into heat sooner.

  5. ear mites?

i know rodents get those a lot.

do you notice a funky smell or do you see anything?
