Why is my rats' poo red?

I have two female rats, and just today I have been seeing red f***s. My sister and I give them treats called Yogies that are red in color. But they also have yellow Yogies and I haven't seen any yellow f***s anywhere. They eat a food call Nutri-Phase. I am not sure whether or not this could be a health problem or just their food. Please, if you can help, please do.

If this is unusual for them id take them to see a vet - better to be safe than sorry.
