Why is my screen changed?

background and color gone all words are blue and go straight down nothing on right side. whats going on?

Welcome to my world, my last account was attacked, all my pictures along with my 360 site was removed.  How did it happen, no idea, but it was not the first time.  I hope you find out what happened, but just in case I would be prepared to start over.  Good luck.
