Why is my s*****m sac turning Very Dry with thick hard texture?

Question

A couple night's ago my s*****m itched, not much just had to scratch a couple times, between my testicles and p***s. It has not itched since.

It does not itch, or shed skin, and it is not red. I dont have StD's , got tested 2 weeks ago and haven't slept with anyone besides my wife.

My s*****m sack does not hurt at all, even if I play with it.

But the left part of my sac is very dry and it might start to crack if it dries anymore.

When in the shower and all wet, my s*****m is back to normal texture. When I got out of shower and completely dry, my s*****m turned very hard and dry, the texture (although not cold) feels like my s*****m is frozen.(the skin only)

Very scary having my favorite part of body dry up on me like this.

Just the dry thick hard texture feels weird when i walk or move or touch it. (weird meaning the texture of the skin, not any physical pain or discomfort.

The texture is bizzare, this never has happened to me, im 23 yo and am stressing wether to wait it out or head to the ER .

Any input is greatly appreciated.!! Thank you in advance.

Because ive got a hard rought patch on the left side of my s*****m but im not sexually active as im only fifteen.

so I am having the same problem right now, and I had it once when i was 16 years old. It did peel then, like a snake skin and then I havent had any trouble or thought about it for the next nearly 20 years until I have it again in the same spot (left side)

I wasnt sexually active at 16, so it wasnt that.

I'm not so concerned about it, but I would like to know what it is.
