Why is my sensitive plalnts leaves turning yellow?

i have had my sensitive plant for about 3 months now and i water it everyday and it is in the sun most of the time and has a big pot for the roots to expand and the leaves are turning yellow is this normal or what can i do to prevent this?

Well I don't really know what kind of plant it is exactly. But it might be sick or it might be normal.
