My 22-month-old just recently got over a virus a couple days ago. She has some little pink spots that have come up on her abdomen and back, but don't itch. Sounds kind of like roseola. Now she is scratching her head on the sides and around ears, and sometimes says "it hurts", not sure if she is saying her head hurts or not.
