  1. Do YOu brush before bed?  If SO thats Good.

    Use mouthwash at night too.

Are you on medication?  If so sometimes medications can give you a dry mouth.

  2. do you sleep with a hairdryer in your mouth? lol joke

your mouth is dry in the morning cuz you have been asleep for eight hours give or take a few, your saliva glands (whatever they're called) slow down -like most other bodily functions- while your asleep, and produce less saliva. and because saliva production is increased/encouraged whatever by eating/drinking, when you have your first drink in the morning, 1, this obviously wets your mouth itself and 2, the actual act of drinking helps your saliva thingys to start up increased production again.

    hope this helps...

  3. Sleeping with you mouth open could cause it because it would dry it out but it could also be lack of hydration in your body.

It's nothing to worry about, just make sure that you drink lots of water during the day and take a glass/bottle with you to bed so that you can wake up and hydrate your mouth instantly.

  4. DO YOU DRINK ANYTHING BEFORE YOU SLEEP??

    TRY LISTERINE BEFORE YOU SLEEP

  5. you more than likely sleep with your mouth wide open....is your throat dry too? make sure you're not dehydrated....that coulc be it too...and oh yeah make sure you check for flies before you take that first swallow...lol

  6. Maybe u sleep with your mouth open which drys it out Lol

  7. You're dehydrated or you just sleep with your mouth open? But probably just dehydrated. Make sure you're drinking enough water throughout your day to prevent this from happening in the mornings.

  8. try breathing through your nose to gain mucos ew thats so nasty but whatever

  9. This usually happens to everyone.

It's because you don't eat or drink for like 10 hours at night. (I don't know how long you sleep)

But just take a good drink (preferably water) in the morning when you get up. It gives you that zing you need (if it's cold or icy) and you refresh your mouth. Don't forget to brush and floss!!!

  10. Probably Drank a drink that dehydrates in the mouth. or You slept with your mouth open. happened to me today infact, i had a coke before i went bed.

  11. Your mouth will have dried out because either you sleep with you mouth slightly open or because, when you're asleep, you've not drunk anything for hours on end.

  12. If you sleep with your mouth open your tongue will dry out!!!If you dont then its probably cause you have not had anything to drink to keep you hydrated!!!Hope this helps!!!!!!

  13. You're not thoroughly hydrated.
