Why is my trantula's head gone violet and her legs are gone a little bit blue?

my trantula is a chilean rose. she always had brown skin and never ever changed all of a sudden shes gone violet and slight blue. she also hasnt been eating since i changed her food from crickets to other insects. i need to know asap.

  1. She can also be ready to moult. When was the last time she moulted?


  2. She's probably used to her crickets. Crickets are a good staple, so you can keep feeding those. I would try to make her diet different quietly. For instance: take away a couple of crickets and throw in another insect. Eventually, later in the day, she might think it's food, which it is.

    Also make sure that the other insects are right for the tarantula. Maybe your feeding the wrong kind. That happens.
