Why is my video blured that play from my video out jack of my video card ? when viewed on the TV?

Captured video is clear when played on the computer but blured when viewed using the video output on card to a TV

  1. Well... for one thing, computer monitors are typically smaller than a TV, and if it is compressed video, displaying it on a larger screen won't help.

    Then, it depends how you are connecting the TV. When I connect my computer to my TV using an analog connection (yellow composite RCA jack or S-Video), it looks terrible... but when I connect using VGA, composite RGB, or a digital connection like HDMI, it looks great...
