Why is my waist soo small & my $%# so big?

Question

I'm 14, & I find it extremely hard to find a pair of nice fitting jeans because my a$$ is sort of on the large side (not extremely huge, but large enoughto have this problem...) and my waist is so small!

I can fit a size 14-16 in Girls, and I can also fit sizes 1-3 in Juniors. I'm pretty short, if that matters.

- -How can I find a pair of jeans that fit me?? Please don't say wear a belt because I do and it looks awful.- -

**My waist is not even the size of a pair of 12-14 jeans in Girls. It's like, 10-12, and I definitely can't wear those because I'd be flooding & they'd be pretty tight.

Hips aren't small, pretty average-sized, if that also matters.

i sort of kind of understand your problem, because me and my sister suffer from it too. and i know what you mean about the belt. this may have been a waste of your time, but i believe the best answer is stretch pants! just sure there stretchy enough to fit around everything comfortably :D
