Why is my waste acting this way?

My waste area is acting really weird. It feels like I have to go to the bathroom but when I try, nothing happens. Every 15 minutes it will act this way and it really hurts and bothers me. I'm having football tryouts soon too and I don't know if I can go like this. It doesn't feel like im constapated though and i've been drinking a lot of water. What should I do to stop this.

You could be dealing with a urinary tract infection (an example only).  When the pain of a urinary tract infection gets bad it can cause the pain to radiate to other areas of the body.

As for the greenish colored stool that could be as a result of something you ate like some green vegetables (another example only).

The only way to find out for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
