Why is my watermelon plant not growing?

It has about 4-5 leaves and that has been it for about 4 weeks.

My garden is doing awesome except these plants?

Mix some Miracle Grow, with the water. It will start growing.

Miracle Gro will surely work, but, but, but you're gonna EAT those melons. If your're trying to go green, don't do it!

They use petro chemicals to produce those fertilizers, and nitrogen fertilizers in and of themselves release NO2 which is just as destructive as CO2.  

Buy guano, it's organic, it's better for the soil microbes, and you can feel virtuous. . My veggies LOVE it.
