Why is my wife angry at me?

Question

Recently my wife shoved a pile of bills that arrived in our mailbox in front of my face and said "this is your fault, do something about it". So as i was walking home from work today i noticed one of my neighbours had a sign on his mailbox that said "No Junk Mail" so i put a sign on my mailbox that said "No Bills". I expected my wife to congratulate me but when she saw it she said I was "a friggin cretin". That hurt, why was she angry at me? havent I solved the problem?

Because that is what the creature called wife does!  They walk around speaking of our discrepancies and flaws, for they have none, right, and if you do not do as they say, you will pay.  

Just ignore them, that is the only true weapon to defeat them.

are u serious? u didnt solve the problem, u just came off as a wiseass. how is putting a sign on ur mailbox saying no bills actually going to prevent the bills from coming? maybe u should start paying them, thats how u do something about it.

It's not really funny.

That's not solved ANYTHING.

It's just made a joke out of financial problems that you might have.

Your wife is probably just a little bit worried or stressed.

Just apologize for being a wise *** and say your sorry and you will take life seriously.
