Why is my wii having problems?

about a year ago my wii got knocked over not like fell OF something just laying standing up and fell on the side now when i play Super Smash Brothers Brawl it makes a clicking sound constantly at the home menu and when i beet a level its the only game it does it with and clicking isnt extremely loud but just loud enough to hear with the TV so is it fine or am i just being an annoying person who worries to much

If it only makes a sound while the disc is in then a piece probably fell out into the area where the disc is spinning.  If that is case go see if you can get it repaired.  If it is without the disc a piece probably got knocked out of place and you still should try and get it repaired.

wii's are sort of fragile if i were u id go to best buy and ask or better yet send it in to nintendo to fix it
