Why is my wii turning off?

It just shuts off at random and without warning. I thought it might be overheated because when I feel the side, it's really hot. I thought it was maybe because it was turned over (that's when it turned of the first three times), but It does it standing up straight. HELP!!!

contact nintendo and tell them what happened.

Its overheating maybe keep a fan on it until it is fixed by Nintendo customer service. Wish you the best mate!

I keep it up, not on its side. Dont play the Wii everyday. If you dont play it for a few days, it can cool off and it should be able to be played again upwards. UPWARDS

Its probably overheating, check and listen to see if the fan is working, if it isnt you need to call Nintendo, I would call them no matter what, especially if it is under warranty

bet it's overheating. The main issue is that unless it can cool off the system, your just wasting game time. I suggest getting a nyko charger station. it's also a cooling fan.
