  1. While a link to your 360 space would be helpful in terms of answering this question, it sounds a like a problem that I warn many people about when using the personal profile picture module on the Top Page. This is a buggy module and any continual changes you make to that module is a risk.

You can try adding back (or removing) an image from that module, but if it won't allow you to do that, then try to add a Yahoo! Avatar to your 360. See http://avatars.yahoo.com and http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/pro... for more information.

That's pretty much all you can do, as the Yahoo! 360 team is no longer fixing glitches. If it doesn't work, you will either have to tolerate the elongation until the system transitions in the 2nd half of 2008 OR create a new Yahoo ID so that you can start over with a new 360 space. Starting over does mean that your new space will be empty, and you will have to add friends and data to it.

As far as commenting, there could be few possible issues:

    1) People don't realize that they can scroll to the bottom and add a comment

    2) Your permissions for that module is not set up for those people (whatever category they are) to comment. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-1qCkw2Eha... for a visual on this.

    3) You are experiencing a 360 glitch that has reared its ugly head again, where people can post comments, but they aren't actually showing up in the Top Page comment module. You'll have to wait those the glitch out and hope that it's "miraculously" resolved soon. As mentioned above, the Y!360 team isn't fixing glitches. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.

But this problem has happened before and was eventually resolved for many people. That happened at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, where people couldn't do anything with their comment box (and messages) during certain times of the day. It would be up to you to check throughout the day to see if the box is working correctly at any point in time.
