Why is my yahoo 360 profile like this and not like this person's?

every one is telling me to go to here http://360.yahoo.com/ but it just wont let me get one

It not a Yahoo360 profile, but when you edit it, it should let you make one.

The link that you provided for you is the Yahoo! Members profile that everyone gets upon creating a Yahoo account. If you want to use 360, you have to activate it.

Go http://360.yahoo.com . Click the "Get Started" button and go through the process, but after you are done (or can't go any further), you should be able to click the "Yahoo 360 Home" link in the upper right corner of that (or the main 360 page) to enter your space.
