Why is nbc airing two fools making fun of chinese culture?

Not sure what exactly you're talking about here.  For the Olympics, NBC has been very good in its Chinese coverage, even giving a US audience lessons in Chinese culture, from its history, to how to eat with chopsticks, China as one of the world's greatest cuisines, to what it's like to live in Beijing.  These have been positive.  I

In fact, talk of an oppressive Chinese government, Teneman Square, the situations in Tibet and the Chinese relationship with Sudan's massacre have hardly been mentioned as much as they should be for a proper perspective of modern China.

The opening ceremony was not only covered in its entirety, but given kudos by NBC and they even did great stories on different contributors to it.  

Their coverage of the Olympics is focused on sports as it should be and done very professionally.  Bob Costas is the consumate professional.

Now, if you want to talk about ridicule, what about that gawd-awful summer show "Who Wants To Be In A Japanese Game Show"?  That embarasses both the Japanese and the Americans in it.
