Why is nobody selling biodiesel in Basingstoke?

The nearest place to us is 15 miles away and they often sell out and there getting through 3000 ltrs a day.

  1. Supplies of biodiesel are not large enough to be expanding the number of outlets.

    Not only your town, but most users of diesel can not find enough bio to keep running.

    We might be able to increase supplies if we significantly increase the price of soy, but we would not do that without increasing the price of bio oil well above petroleum oil.


  2. dependence of people on non renewable resources is the reason why people are not giving importance to biodiesal hence they are produced less
