Why is nyc so lame?

why is nyc so lame? you can't smoke in your own place, you get fined if you forget to recyle something and you have to walk forever to get where you need to go because you can't park anywhere, no air conditioning and no freakin' elevators either! not to mention the ******* pollution and thugs! I'm pissed because my stupid landlard didn't tell me about the recycling and now he's upset because he thinks he's going to get a ticket because I had a pizza box in my trash! even though I asked him when I first moved in. He didn't tell me the policy so how was I supposed to know?
