Why is ohio not the 1763 map?

  1. I think it was part of the area controlled by Virginia.  But, in 1763--that was before there was a U.S.

  3. It's not on the 1763 map because it did not exist; America wasn't even a country.  All that existed was the 13 colonies (of which Ohio was not one) and wilderness.

  5. Because in 1763 it was still the 13 colonies.

    So, it wasnt founded at the timee.
