Why is ok to pick on McCain's age but it's not ok to pick on BHO ethic background?

I do not have a problem with either's but care about their where they stand on the issue's of the race.

Apparently Agism is OK. That, and the Obama supporters think age is a deficit. Quite frankly, if I needed serious advice, I went to my mother, not my brother.

I don't think either is okay to pick on but realistically no one will care on election day how old McCain is I think Obama's age is a more negative campaign problem. There have been many presidents ranging in age groups however there has never been a person that wasn't a white male in the position of President. Because of this I think people are just a little more conservative about raising the issue.

However I think neither age nor race should be relevant to who you pick for president.

McCain's advanced age is a job-related detriment.  Obama's ethnicity is not.
