  1. It may be getting conjunctivitis.  If it's watering and starting to squint the eye, that's usually what it is.  You'll need to get an ointment from the vet that can be put in the eye.  It may just be irritated from getting something in it.  However, if it starts getting pink and puffy around the edges.. you'll need to get the medicine from the vet.  Pull open her eye and see what it looks like.  Wash your hands afterwards, though.. it's contagious to you too!

  2. alergies

I am pretty sure you could go to the vet and get meds for your cat, but I for one don't think it's neccesary.

My dog has them, too, and her eyes water a lot-mostly after the lawn gets mowed.

  3. my cat has the same problem and when we went to see the vet she said that one of the hair was growing the way it was poking her in the eyeball. That was causing tearing she removed the hair and it was fine.
