Why is one of my hermit crabs chirpinng?

i don't know if its that exactly but its making noise that sounds like that. what is it doing?

  1. sometimes they will do that when theyr stressed angry or fighting with another crab but sometimes they do that for no reason so you sould give your crab alone time and see if he continues

  2. They do that, it's not a bad thing. It's like us laughing ^__^

  3. They sometimes do this in distress, especially if they are fighting.  Usually, there is no specific reason, it is just their way of communicating.
