Why is only one person in my contacts not receiving group e-mails and on the "sent" it shows a sleepy face?

I know the sleepy face means she is offline. However, why does she not receive my e-mails? Her address is correct in my contacts and she receives e-mails I send only to her but not the ones I send to her as a group.
