LOS ANGELES — A Mexican national wanted in connection with the 1998 drug-related massacre of 19 people in the Baja California resort town of Ensenada has been captured and turned over to Mexican authorities, U.S. immigration officials said Sunday.

Of the 19 people murdered EIGHT of them were children!!

So WHY is this man being sent back to Mexico? grrrrr..

Your only mistake was in not knowing that Baja in Spanish means low or in this case Lower California which is in Mexico. Legally speaking the U. S. government had no choice but to return this man to Mexico which has jurisdiction over the crime. Unfortunately, he will only be sentenced to prison for these crimes since Mexico does not have the death penalty.

Its the U.N. and the world court. Texas exacuted a illegal a few weeks ago  they got real upset over it. We need to send the U.N. pack'en. Their also mad at the Arizona sheriff who locks up.

According to what you wrote, the murders were committed in Ensenada, Baja California.  Baja California is in Mexico.

The only group with any authority to try him for the crime is the Mexican Government.  

Why would you want to reward a brutal foreign murderer with life in a comfy American prison?

He's a Mexican National and Baja California is Mexico. We would demand the same of Mexico.

Ummm.. so he could be tried and hopefully convicted of the crime. Duh. Baja California is a region in Mexico. The U.S. cannot prosecute criminals for crimes wich occured outside of the U.S.. The only way this man can be brought to justice is for officials within the jurisdiction that the offense occured, can initiate litigation in the criminal justice system.
