  1. Because at some point in time we let old ladies have a say in things, terrible mistake.

Most of the really old ladies, such as 60+ right now are actually pretty decent people.  It's the ones that are currently in their 40s and 50s that can't get a man who run around getting offended by everything.  They don't have much else to do other than whine about it, so here we are with a bunch of "politically correct" verbal vomit being passed as the norm.

  2. what's wrong with sensitivity?

  3. Because a long time ago we decided for some reason that it was better to bare all feelings and never offend someone that be honest.

And now thats what we do.

I learned something interesting the other day.  Hermaphodite is the medically correct term for having organs for both sexes.  But apparently that word is offensive and they prefer to be called intersexed.  So why is a medically correct term offensive?

Abortions are now beginning to be called 'theraputic interuption of pregnancy' because it sounds better and lets the mind ignore the gory details when they talk about it and therefore more polically correct than the medically correct term.  A miscarriage is medically an abortion, but that gives that baby killer connotation, so miscarriage is more politcally correct, and that is even starting to be called a theraputic interruption as well.

We do it ourselves.  Before you guys get offended, think about it for a few mins.  I got into an argument because I am proud to be a cancer survivor, and the other person was offended that I talk about it so often because her father was a cancer patient who had not survived.  Sometimes we just dont want to admit the things we feel or have gone through or refuse to se that anything good could come from it and that no one understands you.  Therefore, that I could be proud to be a cancer surivivor was a mockery to her dad and to her feelings, because she just knew there was no possible way I could actually be proud to have had cancer.  And then the people that know I am sincere, find it rude and inconsiderate that I would hurt her feelings by talking about my experience and the good that came from it was hurtful to her feelings.  Why should be on tip toes about my survival, which I am proud of any more than you should about your children that you are proud of?

  4. Humanity? US? where?

I think the US is so sensitive because its a melting pot of many different cultures and everyone is trying to be 100% fair, equal, USA.

Weve had so many racial problems and prejudices. People go overboard trying not to offend anybody.

Like at my school, a school spirit day, theme 'girls pretty and pink and boys buff in blue' was terminated because it was sexist, when it was just some minor fun day the school planned

  5. Because it it made up of multi cultures.

Different cultures hold different point of views
