One hears about the cases in Belgium because the police actively pursue the matter.

It is a problem in all countries around the world, and the worst offenders are in the US, Russia, the Ukraine. Other places that have child s*x crimes (and child s*x-slave industry) are Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines and Thailand.
