Why is peta so anti fur?

plenty of people wear and but fir, and the problem is that they are looking to wear furs form very exotic and endangered animals.  Just because you furs dont seem main stream, doesnt mean they are not in demand.

People are still wearing fur, in the winter I see it a lot and I also see lots of fur shops around the area. I can tell you why they might be anti fur, by asking you this question: How would you like it if I beat you till unconscious or dead then skinned you and made a coat for someone else to wear? That is what happens to animals along with gassing (similar,  to what the n***s did to humans in WW2) and electrocution (in many cases done anally) and trapping. If you wouldn't want to be treated like that then why would you do it too millions of animals each year for fashion. We are not living off the land and killing animals sustainably to use as food, clothing and tools as a lot of indigenous people did.

Why is PETA so anti-animal lovers?

PETA is a political organization that is best kept in money and power by being extreme, not by being good or right.

Right now they are funding a bill in CA to force all dog owners to get their dogs spay or neutered at age 4 months.

Most veterinarians agree that this is unhealful for the dogs causing stunted growth and hormonal based health problems later in life.

Few pet owners know if they might later breed the dogs when all they have to go on is essentially a baby.

PETA does not care about animals nor animal lovers, it cares about agendas.

The thing is that people in other countries, specially cold countries, there is people who still pays lots of money for furs... so i guess they are fighiting to make it illegal instead of out of fashion.

That is not true at all.  People still wear a LOT of fur.  It is still considered a status symbol to wear a fur coat.  There are still animal farms that raise animals just for fur.  

That is a very uneducated assumption.  Just because you and your little crowd don't wear fur, doesn't mean there isn't a huge industry that exists for fur.

Look beyond your little world.  You're missing a lot.

yeah people still wear fur, I live in Japan and so many fashion conscience women wear it in winter but the way I see it if your going to kill the animal you may as well use all of it, why waste anything. Cattle, we eat meat, offal some eaten rest used for dog food or fertiliser, hoofs for glue or dog food (thickener), and skin for leather. the same goes for all animals
