I drink alot of pop why is it so bad for you?

  1. well the worse thing is that it sucks the calcium out of your bones.

    as far as the other things,

    if you just take care of yourself the other things wont be so affective.

    soda isnt the most horrible thing in the world.

    i personally only drink light soda,

    sprite or sierra mist.

    the dark sodas are what will get u.

  3. Well most sodas don't actually have any sugar in them at all. They are full of High Fructose Corn Syrup. HFCS is really bad for you. Sodas with sugar would be better to drink than sodas with HFCS. But either is not good for you. Drink too much and you will become me. (Obese and hooked on caffeine)

  6. Empty calories.  Soda has a lot of sugar, but no nutritional value whatsoever.  Not to mention whatever chemicals might be used for flavor, color, etc.  Diet sodas are even worse, chemicalwise.

    Drink juice, water, or seltzer if you have to have the bubbles!

  9. It has lots of sugar and lots of calories. They can cause you to gain weight and to get diabetes when you drink too much.

    Many have caffeine and if we consume more than 300mg a day we can have sleeping problems, headaches, feeling tired from being dehydrated, muscle aches, and long term effects of kidney problems, skin problems, heart problems and problems wiht other organs.

    The dark ones that add coloring can be bad on the kidneys and liver.

    There really is no real ingredients in them. Mostly artificial and your body has a harder time processing artificial ingredients over natural. So this can cause stomach and digestive issues too.
