It's addiction because day dreamers does exist on this very earth.So people who can not do it could atleast enjoy watching others doing the same act.

This only happened to those who under 18, or mentally unwell. Not very common for adult. That's why the law disallow teenager / children to watch that, bcos it will influence their mind - their mind will not 'work' properly when they grown up.(eg; not able to have proper s*x life, addiction fo p**n, rape etc.)
