  1. It is a racial/cultural stereotype that African Americans are fond of grape flavored drinks.

  2. I never heard that before!

  3. im black and thats not racist and ive never seen the movie maybe the soda got on the black mans shoes and he got mad or something

or maybe the movie was trying to express an idea how in our society the littlest things done to ablack person would be considered racist

    i dont know

  4. Weird.  I doubt that has anything to do with being racist.  I could be wrong but I don't see the connection.

  5. that movie is so stupid its funny :) the cop persuing harold and kumar is obviously white, and obviously racist. if you've seen this movie, i know you've seen dave chapelles show. "grape drank" or "purple drank" i guess the cop thought it would be racist b/c of the stereotypes about black people.

  6. hahaha no!unless you did it in attempt to be racist....

and im black, i would just laugh if you did that, lol

  7. So you learn everything from movies?

  8. No Idea. That sounds really stupid. That's why I don't watch Harold and Kumar, they are ridiculous.

  9. It is just a movie.lol

  10. I'd never heard of that one.  How odd.

    EDIT

Know what's interesting? that in some African cultures, at a celebration, a libation of some sort of beverage is poured on the ground to honor the ancestors...so why that would be something racist or to be ashamed of is beyond me.
