  1. he is simply saying that if the climate problem is to be reversed then the EU should have the teeth to enforce the job for Europe. and he is right! if the EU is to become the all empowered FEDERATION OF EUROPE, (swastikas n all) then it should have the teeth to enforce moves to the global interest. personally the federation of Europe frightens the h**l out of me. but it seems the people do not have the power to stop it SO!!! at least it should be made to enforce its responsibilities. it serprises me that 'here we have a man who realy cares for the world and for he's country. and yet the British people cant wait to slag him off??  shows you the power of the media.

  2. Dont know - maybe because hes really, really odd.  Really hope hes never king.

  3. Because; He is daft!!The only topic he knows anyrhing about is;How can you talk to your flower pots!!

  4. Nobody cares what he thinks...he talks to plants and his mummy Carmilla.

  5. I submit per chance (because we don't actually know) because a lot of resources are pumped into the EU - to get outcomes we need to give authority.

  6. he wants it.

  7. Strange that - Don't think mum would approve, can't be a play for the EU presidency that's already been allocated to Blair..

  8. He thinks they might be able to do something about his ears Put a feather in his nose and he could fly Hey guy How they hanging?

  9. He is just an useless plonker, who has to make some stupid comment now and again to remind us all that he is still there.

    Long live the Queen!!

  10. He should stay in his garden, and keep quiet, or I will be going there and pulling all his plants up.....silly man...

  11. I think the gist is that he considers climate change to be very serious, and therefore he thinks giving the EU powers to police any anti-carbon legislation heavily is worthwhile.

I disagree with him, unforseen consequences etc...
