Why is rap so sexual in nature?

I know not all of it is, but a good portion, especially what is commonly played on the tv or radio, is. Why?

I don't think rap is sexual at all.  If anything else, it provides a negative aphrodisiac to the brain.  Music like funk and techno are more sexual in nature.  

Rap sucks!!  Unless it's RUN DMC, Cypress Hill or Young MC.

Because most rapers grow up in poor neighborhoods where people have nothing to do but s***w eachother. As children the rapers see it happen so they turn it into "songs" (meaning c**p) when they're older. In other words, rap is ****.

Why are metal songs so hard, deadly, and reckless. There are no pure songs. Rock and Metal has a demonic sound sometimes and include sexual innuendos. The only difference is rap may be more direct about it. s*x, Growing Up, Neighborhoods, something rap artist can use to tell a story or something everyone relates too, because most can relate and feel a song about s*x, hardtimes, etc.
